march snow
on this night, I went outside and walked around and reveled in the weight of the white on everything and the soft yellow glow that goes hand in hand with a snowy evening. I almost cried from joy or relief or some more complicated feeling stemming from how uncanny this snowless winter felt-- how unlike home.
